Returns and Exchanges Policy
Eligibility for Returns
Due to the nature of medical devices and products for cosmetology and aesthetic medicine, we maintain a strict returns policy to ensure the safety and integrity of our products. Returns and exchanges are only accepted under the following conditions:
- The product is defective or damaged upon receipt.
- The incorrect product was shipped.
Return Process
To initiate a return, please, follow these steps:
1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer service team at info@aph.us.com within 7 days of receiving your order. Provide your order number, a description of the issue, and any relevant photos.
2. Receive Authorization: Our team will review your request and, if approved, will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted.
3. Ship the Product: Once you receive the RMA, securely package the item and include all original packaging and documentation. Clearly mark the RMA number on the outside of the package. Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.
Conditions for Return
- Products must be returned unused, in their original packaging, and with all seals intact.
- Items that have been opened, used, or altered are not eligible for return.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges
Exchanges are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you need to exchange an item, please contact our customer service team to discuss your options.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
- Approved refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. For more than 15 business days have passes since we've approved your return, please get in touch with us at info@aph.us.com.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
Non-Returnable Items
Certain items are non-returnable, including:
- Opened or used products.
- Products not purchased directly from our company.
- Items marked as final sale.
